Places To Explore
With four floors of history and culture, the Islamic Arts Museum will give you a taste of the history that seeps through the city streets surrounding Kuala Lumpur as well as all of Malaysia. The museum has daily children’s activities as well as a restaurant you can visit to make a full morning out of activities in the city-center!
The two tallest towers in the world, the Petronas Twin Towers are a stop on your trip to Kuala Lumpur that you don’t want to forget. Reaching 452 meters from the ground level, the Towers are 88 stories high and each weight the equivalent to over 42,500 elephants! The Towers have a viewing floor that you can visit throughout the week from 9:00am – 9:00pm, seeing the sun set from the towers is an iconic view! In front of the Twin Towers is also a beautiful Lake Symphony of lights and water in the KLCC Park that dance before your eyes.
If nature calls to you, stop by the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park for an opportunity to get up-close and personal with birds of every feather. The Bird Park is located inside the city at the Perdana Botanical Gardens and has lots of fun activities throughout the day to enjoy such as bird feeding, bird shows, and opportunities for photos with the different birds!
