Where To Watch The Action at the 2019 French Grand Prix

The French Grand Prix returned to the F1 calendar in 2018 after a ten-year hiatus. The race takes place at Circuit Paul Ricard in the beautiful Côte d'Azur region.

Here’s our guide to the best places to watch the action at the 2019 French Grand Prix on 20-23 June!

F1 Exp. France 2018 Saturday 064-3

Champions Club

New for 2019, the Champions Club suite occupies a privileged location on the inside of Turn 14, near the entrance to the pits. With indoor seating and an outdoor terrace, you'll have the best of both worlds as you enjoy our gourmet hospitality with meals, snacks and an all-day open bar. We will also be welcoming French legend Jean Alesi for a special guest appearance. Secure Champions Club access at Paul Ricard.

F1 Experiences France Paddock Club 037

Formula 1 Paddock Club™

Located directly above the pits, the Paddock Club puts you in the thick of the action at Circuit Paul Ricard. In addition to a premium viewing location, guests enjoy the best hospitality, including gourmet lunches, fine wines and open wine and champagne bars. Guests also benefit from daily pit lane walks and Guided Paddock Access. Access to the Paddock Club is available with the following 2- or 3-Day Official Ticket Packages from F1 Experiences: Premier, Paddock Club, Legend.

F1 Experiences France Ligne de Depart Grandstand 024

Ligne de Départ

Otherwise known as the Main Grandstand, seats here face the starting grid and pits boxes. This is the best location for first time fans who want to see the pits action, race build up, start and finish. This is also the only covered grandstand at Circuit Paul Ricard - good for keeping out of the hot sun. A seat in the Ligne de Départ Grandstand is included with Hero and Premier Ticket Packages.

F1 Experiences France Sainte Baume Grandstand

Sainte Baume

Four grandstands are clustered around Turns 5 and 6 at Circuit Paul Ricard. This is an important series of slow-speed corners that is the key to a good lap of the circuit, and is definitely one of the better place to watch the action. Trophy Ticket Packages include a seat in the Sainte Baume Grandstand.

F1 Experiences France Chicane Grandstand 034

The Mistral Straight at Circuit Paul Ricard, once one of the longest in Formula 1, had a chicane added for the return of the French Grand Prix last year. The entry to the Chicane is a good overtaking spot, and seats here also offer the opportunity to take some good photos of the cars at lower speeds. A seat in the Chicane Grandstand is included with Starter Ticket Packages.
